Scope

This policy covers the processing of personal data on this website only. It does not cover the media campaigns we run for clients, which are governed by the individual contract.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits data that Netlify records in log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, your browser type and version, and your operating system.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify.

Contact form and e-mail

If you use the contact form, we process the name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and message you enter, along with the language version of the site you used. The submission is stored by Netlify and forwarded to us by e-mail.

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Providing your name and e-mail address is necessary for us to reply. Giving a telephone number is optional.

Web fonts

This website loads the Barlow and IBM Plex Mono typefaces from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States.

We use these typefaces on the basis of our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Personal data processed through this website is accessible to Netlify as our hosting provider, and to Google in connection with the web fonts described above. Both are based in the United States.

These transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Because we are established in Türkiye, the data is also processed by us there. Türkiye is not the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission; transfers to us therefore rely on appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for any follow-up questions, and delete them thereafter. Where statutory retention periods under Turkish commercial or tax law apply, we keep the data until those periods expire and restrict its processing in the meantime. Server log files are kept by our hosting provider only briefly, for security and diagnostics, and are then deleted.

Your rights under the GDPR

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data concerning you and to access that data (Art. 15), to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), to have your data erased (Art. 17), to obtain restriction of processing (Art. 18), to receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Your rights under the KVKK

If you are in Türkiye, your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data apply. These are set out in full in our KVKK disclosure text.

We update this policy when our processing changes or when the law requires it. The version published here is always the current one.
